“ My experience at peake bmw on 10/17 and 10/18 was very pleasant. Everybody was very kind and I was asked if I needed water or snacks a few different times. However I’m here to write a review for client advisor Milla Augustine who went above and beyond pleasing her customer(me) and closing our deal in less than a day. When I asked about carfax reports about the vehicle I was interested in, with no hesitation she gave me the records. There was oil and filter change I requested on the car before driving it off the lot and even on a busy day like Saturday where most people bring their vehicle for service due to convenience of being weekend, she made sure mine was able to get serviced before leaving with my new purchase. She even gave me a ride to enterprise to return my rental vehicle which was a few business down and back. Overall my buying experience with her couldn’t have been more convenient. From the time I first inquired about the car to the time I purchased the car was less than 24 hours and it’s all thanks to Milla’s being so great at what she does! She finished all the paperwork relating to title, registration insurance info etc in a very timely manner. I would say if you are a female and are interested in a bmw at peake, Milla is your person! There’s not enough good things I can say about her and I hope whoever is reading this that’s looking for a car and is in a similar situation I was in, it helps them. Again, thanks Milla!!! ”
