Thanks
to you, our valued customers, we are growing. Business is
brisk and we are busy. In an effort to better serve you we
would like to take this time to explain our service policies.
To help avoid long delays and repair your vehicle in a timely
manner we schedule our customers on an appointment only basis.
We are busier during certain seasons and may be booked 2-3
days in advance. If possible try to make your appointment
a week in advance. We will make every effort to schedule
your appointment at your earliest convenience. We will promptly
handle emergencies, but in fairness to scheduled customers,
we will no longer be able to handle drop ins.
As
an added convenience we also have alternative transportation.
Our shuttle service is available weekdays, with the first
shuttle leaving at 8:15 AM and is available at various times
during the day. We will also pick you up when your car is
finished.
Peake BMW also has a limited number of loaner vehicles.
In the event of not having a BMW loaner available, Peake
will provide you with a rental. Help us to help you, if you
are going to take a loaner to work and not use it during
the day, please allow us to take you to your destination
and pick you up with our shuttle service instead.
We look forward to communicating with you face to face in
order to understand your concerns when your vehicle is brought
in to us. Third party communication often invites misunderstanding.
Our service hours are 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday through
Friday and 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Saturdays.
These
policies are intended to make your service experience convenient
and pleasurable. We ask for your input - help us to help
